Introduction: I provided flexible scheduling to work with clients to ensure a productive routine. I provide a positive environment with motivational training to improve self-esteem and healthy lifestyle. Personal training has become one of my growing passions. I am working with a wide range of clients from the basics of a beginner looking to get into shape, tone, or lose weight, in comparison to high-level intensity and weight training. I also have experience in working with group classes, such as muscle mix, pure abs, 30-minute burn, and various boot camps.

Liz rocks! My husband and I delayed getting in shape for my wedding until two months before but Liz did an amazing job getting me toned up. I used to do body pump and barre, but those classes don't compare to the changes I've seen since working with Liz. We got back from my honeymoon and signed back up for another three months with her, and I expect to continue further. We even followed her to her new gym because we were so happy with her and didn't feel the other trainers compared. At this point, I'm addicted to the results I'm seeing and feeling! Liz pushes me further than I will ever push myself, but she knows what I can and can't do. My favorite thing about Liz, that I think sets her apart, is her ability to always incorporate new moves into the workout. I have given up thinking I'm going to nail the next workout because I know she'll find a way to make it challenging and show me something new, which, for me, makes it worth it. I've learned so much that I can use in the future and feel confident when I do go to the gym that I know how to use the equipment and do the routines. You have to trust that your personal trainer is going to make sure your body shapes the way you want it to. I completely trust Liz. She has already proven to me that she knows exactly how to get the results I want. Her knowledge of training is exceptional and she has an answer to every question or problem. She can cater to injuries and correct your form for optimal results. Liz goes above and beyond what I thought a normal trainer would do -- making sure we're doing effective workouts on our off days, answering all of our questions outside of our session, working with our work schedule, and she actually has an entire plan for achieving my goals instead of simply working everything or trying pieces. Besides all of that, Liz is just an incredibly friendly, energetic, and encouraging person. I've really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her as a personal trainer!

Liz provides superior personal training tailored to fit your needs. I have experimented with training programs at several of the large Charleston-area gyms but never made it past the introductory sessions. I was hooked after my first session with Liz and have been working with her for a few months now, twice a week for 30 minutes, and seeing noticeable improvements in my strength and fitness levels already. I suffered a severe knee injury many years ago that went untreated and the lasting effects kept me from pushing myself too hard when working out or from trying new types of exercises. I made Liz aware of this at our first session. She was very careful with my knee but it was something we focused on improving from the beginning. I told all other “personal trainers” I experimented with the same story but most failed to acknowledge and/or address this issue for me. It only took two months working with Liz to get my knee strong enough to where I didn’t need my brace while working out. I have worn my brace while working out ever since my injury!! Now I am able to do squats and lunges again without pain or worry that I will suffer additional injury. It is a fantastic feeling I owe to Liz! A few of the many things I love about Liz’s workouts is that she switches them up constantly to keep my body guessing, never lets it get comfortable in the same old routine. She always throws in something new and suggests workout routines for me on the days I do not see her that compliment her workouts very well. Also, Liz is extremely knowledgeable on proper technique and form and is very good at critiquing me so I can get my own form just right. And Liz is very strong! I have no doubts when she is spotting me, even on heavier weight. In summary, Liz goes above and beyond for her clients, provides challenging, fun workouts and has far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get in top physical shape or looking to improve their overall strength and fitness.

Liz does an amazing job! I am very happy I started pushing towards my fitness goals back in Sep/2015. It's been 4 and 1/2 months and I love my body - not to mention how well I have been eating. I wonder why it took me so long to start, but hey, it's never too late. The plus is that Liz will help you throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Liz.

I have found Liz to be an excellent Personal Trainer, encouraging and responsive to my needs. She plans a fresh routine for each session and has an ability to change up any exercise to suit occasions when I am suffering joint or back pain. She always presents a positive attitude so that her sessions are both physically and mentally refreshing.

Liz has always been an exceptional trainer. Her patience, drive and commitment to client success makes puts her in a different league. You won't get bored or be able to coast during her sessions. But if results are what you're after you won't go wrong.
