Jeff Pegram is a dependable , extremely competent , gentleman , who by the way is a an excellent painter.
Best painting experience I've had in my 51 years.
Jeff Pegram would be welcome to go out to dinner or any event with my family.
Not only did I find a great guy that is an excellent painter , but I feel like I made a new personal friend.
