Dan and his team marketed our home using the best strategies to minimize vacancy periods. The property was rarely vacant! His strong sales and business development skills helped him create the leading property management firm on the island.

I don't do this often, but I wanted to take a moment to give credit where its due. I have been renting condos from Chas Rental Properties for years and couldn't be more pleased with them as my "landlord". I receive many updates on things going on in my complex, and they have always been quite flexible and helpful with any needs I might have had. I haven't had many maintenance issues, but the few I had were dealt with promptly. Again, their reputation speaks for itself and they don't need my help...but it just seems fitting to give a good shout out when it is well deserved.
