- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The number one thing is building trust with the customer. With my company we are the experts and the customer is looking to us for the best recommendation. Our goal is to educate the customer and provide the best solution at an economical price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of experience ranging from new construction of swimming pools to maintaining pools. Spent three years training new franchise locations everything from how to clean a pool to how to renovate a pool.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fortunately for me I would have to say I have never had a bad customer. I strive to have good communication with my customers. Being proactive is the best thing. Once you are being reactive to situations the problems will spiral out of control and that's not good for me or the customers.
