Introduction: I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years, including fitness and fashion. I instruct a variety of fitness levels relative to the client's needs and customize a workout for each client that serves their goals with modifications for any injuries or concerns. One methodology that works well is a combination of cardiovascular, weights and flexibility training. This is extremely effective for flexibilty, building muscle and strengthening the core. My training method uniquely focuses on implementing safe and effective form as a base for any program. It is important to learn proper form to avoid injury and I am a strong proponent of this for any exercise program. I work closely with clients that have back issues and have been able to dramatically improve and strengthen the core through proper techniques and specific exercises. In addition, I train several other methods incorporating cardio (low or high impact), weights, core and specific combinations relative to the client. Stretching and mindfulness is incorporated in every session with the intention of reducing stress, conscious breathing and being present. Just for a little background, I was the fitness coordinator at Eco Fitness(now Pivotal) for seven years and have successfully helped clients reach their goals as well as to have an improved sense of self overall. I have continued with many of those clients through personal and small group training. My quote is based on my experience and proven results from my clients. Also, I am willing to discuss package pricing, which would be less for a commitment of eight or more sessions. I would love to hear more about your goals! Dianne is a professional when it comes to teaching and guiding a class. She is able to quickly assess the level of the participants and adjust to address everyone, while creating a workout that challenges all involved. This is an extremely unique quality to find in the fitness industry where everyone wants to label a class and consequently not everyones needs are addressed. I would label DIanne as a consummate professional who has very unique ability when it comes to creating a workout that benefits all while still inspiring group performance. Excellent trainer, accomplished professional that I would highly recommend.

Dianne is the best trainer I have ever used. Not only is she effective, she is able to modify exercises when you have injuries that work just as well as the traditional exercise. She is very knowlegable about the body, and is very conscious of one's form throughout the workout. I have shoulder and back issues, and Dianne has made it possible for me to live my life more or less pain free instead of having surgery.

Dianne understands that every client has different goals, and therefore, takes the time initially to understand each person's needs and motivations. Once she understands, she creates the appropriate fitness routine, drawing from her many years of fitness experience. I can't say enough good things about Dianne's barre class. I started working out with her when she first brought barre to Charleston & Mt. Pleasant years ago, (way before it was ubiquitous to the area & there was a studio on every corner), & have taken her classes everywhere ever since. Having tried every method in every studio in town at least once, I'm telling you that Dianne's class is the best: Consistently challenging, always pushing you past what you think your normal limit is, and as far as barre classes go, a damn deal at twice the price. If you've tried all the rest, now try the best, you won't regret it. And I swear she didn't pay me to write this!
