It is a commitment to some that may be a struggle but it really works and also teaches you serving sizes compared to getting meals SUPERSIZED or large and not be dependent on sugar. Mind over matter makes you really search yourself for what you want and need.

Dr Matt has always taken the time to listen to my concerns whether regarding my back injury or to guide me to wellness and pain management and has also been a fantastic weight loss coach. I never imagined being able to lose the weight (A lot!) that I gained, with limited exercising and by eating right and being on the Chirothin diet. It has truly changed my well being and my faith. I would highly recommend, and have to many people, to go see Dr Matt whether for weight loss assistance and/or chiropractic care. You won’t be disappointed!

Incredible plan! I lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks reaching my goal before the six week part of the program ended and my skin looks amazing!!! Def changed my entire system. We have very reasonable fees along with cash discounts. We have 0% financing through care credit. Patients can also use their HSA or flex spending card.

We perform an initial consultation and health history. Followed by examination and diagnostic testing.

Doctor of Chiropractic degree 1997 from Palmer College of chiropractic.
