- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, period! Honestly, I can always compete with online logo services that use templates and have very low pricing. What you will get with me is full transparency, a completely custom design that is uniquely yours. I am very flexible how I price and can suggest ways to stay in your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to spend a bit of time on the phone or in person initially. It is so important to me that I understand as much as possible about your project and what you are trying to achieve. Each step of the way I will send examples so that we can tweak as we go. I want to be just as proud of your project as you will be!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done courses in the Adobe software that I use...and had tons of practice!!
