I'm diligent when conducting your inspection to ensure you get the attention to detail you expect in your home inspection. This often means I find defects the other guys don’t. And that can mean the seller, not you, will pay for the repairs needed which will potentially save you thousands of dollars. A Home Inspection is an Adventure and I Love Every Bit of It. Our inspection includes all components of your home. We go under the house and into the crawlspace, on the roof, in the attic and through the entire house. We operate all systems and examine all installations if possible. The latest in inspection tools (moisture meter, carbon monoxide detector, natural and sewer gas detector, hygrometer, and digital thermometer) are used when the situation warrants it.
