Thanks for your review, Victor. I thoroughly enjoy working with you because you are open, loving and ready to do what it takes to be even more expanded and a non-judgmental human being. Your love and radiance precedes you.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially I will take a brief medical/psychological/spiritual history and interview the client as to their experiences and hopes and intention for working with me. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and direct. A session will give you deep personal insights; help you navigate significant life events and transitions; assist you with more effective communication; and facilitate you to let go of and heal negative energetic patterns, emotional blocks, and reoccurring thoughts that do not serve your daily life, spiritual growth and empowerment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?>Master of Divinity, San Francisco Theological Seminary, San Anselmo, CA. >Graduate studies in Clinical and Transpersonal Psychology, John F. Kennedy University, Concord, CA >Graduate studies in Educational Psychology and Instructional Design, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ >Master of Public Health, Health Education and Community Mental Health, University of California, Berkeley, CA. >Master of Arts, Speech Communication and Counseling, Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, OH. In my life, Ive felt fear and self-doubt, incessantly judged myself, and made plenty of unaware and anti-conscious choices. Even after years of learning to open to my heart knowing and have mindful awareness and clarity, the pesty ego thoughts show up - giving me yet again an opportunity to be more aware and see my illusory and confused thinking as "just-is" and gracefully let it go. Over time, I have learned to trust my spiritualization process. To be more consciously aware, I've practiced meditation; relaxed my body so my mind could relax; and psycho-spiritual clearing ways to clear, calm and focus my mind so I can lighten up on fear, anger, doubt, resent, jealousy, anxiety, worry. Most importantly, I've learned to trust the Divine flow within me and all around in life and have a compassionate understanding and loving kindness for myself and the suffering we all create while we figure out how to live on earth and enjoy the human experience.
