- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for two movers is $110 per hour, three movers is $155 per hour. Our discounted rate for seniors for two movers is $99 per hour and for disabled veterans the two mover rate is $89 per hour. These prices include one truck, all equipment, mileage, state minimum cargo insurance, insurance and labor. Depending on your location there is a one time fuel surcharge averaging $10-$15. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We obtain an inventory list from a phone call, email or in home visit. We will address the customers needs and access any extraordinary circumstances that may not be cost effective and offer solutions. Discuss storage options and verify availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers are professionally trained, athletic, strong and non smokers. All of our movers go through a complete background check and participate in continuing education.
