Introduction: I have a BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago. I have tutored students in elementary school, middle school, high school, and college. I have tutored all math (all subjects), science, economics/business, SAT/GRE prep, and writing. I’m a lifelong learner. I love understanding why things in the world work as they do, and how all the pieces fit together to form the whole. And as much as I enjoy learning new things for myself, I also enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. In fact, I started tutoring when I was in 4th grade, helping my fellow classmates with math. And I continued tutoring others through high school, college, grad school, and beyond.

First session with a new student is $50/hr. Subsequent sessions are $75/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out the subject matter the student is working on. I meet the student at his/her house or at a designated location. Fees are payable in cash or check after the session ends.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago, and decades of experience in tutoring.
