What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Decorative landscape edging is priced per foot. For all other services it is necessary to meet with the customer and receive further details regarding the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with meeting the customer at their convenience at the property. We will go over the needs of the customer and help design the landscape of their dreams. Once all of the information has been gathered we will price their job and email an estimate to the customer. If the customer excepts the bid all they need to do is call or respond to the email to be put on our calander.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the concrete and landscape industry for 18 years learning and honing my skill. We continue to train yearly by attending classes on hardscape and landscape design. Staying up to date in the field allows Stonedge to offer you the newest techniques in Landscape and Design .
