I try to work with the person on pricing and come up with a reasonable amount that works for us both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to meet them and their pet in advance. I like to have them go over any details that would help me with their pet during their absence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had pets my entire life. All types and all ages. I love animals and I believe they feel that and are comfortable with me.
