- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Events Discuss details for event and visit venue. Client then will receive options for Decor event. After they give approval on the decor we get started with the planning. Organizing & Design Consultation with client to look at space and discuss function and what type of feel they are looking for. We then meet with client and show them a vision board for their space. Once the client gives their approval we move forward on purchasing items for the space.
