FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing off of the time that I am needed, and the amount of photos you would like to have. Since I am new to becoming a professional photographer, my prices are very fair and I am flexible to my clients wants and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with a new client first before doing a shoot. This helps ease the nerves on both sides by being able to discuss exactly what is wanted and expected from my client. It also builds a personal relationship and makes it more comfortable for both parties when you meet up for the actual shoot. You are more likely to be open about issues or concerns if you've met with the person beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Bowling Green State University. I studied Tourism, Leisure and Event Planning. While my studies weren't directly focused on photography in college, there were parts of my studies that made me focus on my own individual creativity. Once I started taking pictures as a hobby, I was able to use that creativity towards photography, even while I worked as an Event Planner, and a bartender. I was able to add my touch of creative photography to a menu at a bar I worked at, and even in news letters while I worked as an Event Planner.
