- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing. All of our services and programs are customized to the individual needs of that customer. Pricing is based on the program needed. We do not do 'cookie-cutter' pest control. There is no one size fits all in this business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to identify what the customer is experiencing. After identification we discuss treatment options and pricing. In some cases we may perform an on-site inspection. We provide the best information possible to help the customer make an informed decision.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers, both residential and commercial, from all different areas. We are well versed in treating single family homes, apartment units and complexes, condos, restaurants, offices, warehouses and more.
