Vincent Catering

Introduction: Vincent Catering offers high quality, fun and delicious food. I have 6 years of experience in the Culinary field. I have worked I fine dining in Colorado and Yellowstone. I intend to show you the same respect and food that I have learned to make my customers happy. I've always been a foodie. I attended Culinary school in 2011. In 2013 I graduated and moved to Colorado. I work atop the mountain in Vail, CO for 2 years. I then started working in Yellowstone for another year and a half. At both of these locations. I worked in fine dining for Vail resort. This last Fall I returned home and I am currently working at 3 Floyds Brewery. I'm starting up my catering business so I can be creative and successful while also learning on my own.
