Remodeled my master bath and put new flooring in my second bath and half bath. Stevan was very professional and always kept me informed of what was going on. His work was up to my standards and at a price I was willing to pay. He also completed the job earlier than expected. I would recommend SD Construction and I will be calling him again when I need to.

Steve did a very good job of installing new wood floors in kitchen and dining room and tile in my bathroom. My house is log, so he had some problems to overcome, but he did it.

He delivers a professional written proposal with a written description of the scope of the work, and a quote for the job that is clearly understood. He has a great amount of experience in remodeling and construction and utilizes this to help you achieve good results, and will make recommendations that will help you achieve a better result. I've had Stevan of SD Construction assist me in 2 major home remodeling needs. He has remodeled 2 kitchens, created large additions, customized 5 showers/baths, replaced tile/carpet/vinyl to hard-wood/laminate flooring, made multiple built ins, and much more with high end but cost efficient materials. Stevan's service is truly the best I have ever experienced-detailed, efficient, creative, trustworthy, courteous and with integrity.
