- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always up front, no hidden fees ever! 10% discount to Seniors and Military.(ID must be presented before invoicing) Customers who purchase maintenance agreements receive 10% any repairs or replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All projects and services are upfront and explained thoroughly before proceeding so that the customer understands what they are paying for and what the benefits that come from those services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed, insured and Bonded company with over 17+ years of experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration, Restaurant Food Service Equipment and Electrical industry from Residential to Commercial customers. We are air duct test & balance trained and certified by the NCI as well as continually training to keep up to date with the changing technology of the industry. We also offer radon testing and mitigation, pricing is case by case as each home is different will require different methods of repair and none at all.
