I met with the owner in regards to a complete kitchen remodel. I gave in my thoughts and he made some suggestions and then gave me a estimate for the work. In comparison to 3 other bids That I received he was somewhere in the middle range. He was very knowledgeable in all avenues from cabinetry to Floors electrical and Plumbing. Him and his crew began the work one week after signing an agreement. There were several problems that we ran into that was unexpected. However he was able to correct issues that were not done by his crew. After 4 weeks of work I must say that the quality of Southern grace and their crew is outstanding. It was a pleasure working with you even with the few hiccups. But even though the problems were not caused by us we made sure they were corrected.
Southern Grace did a full remodel on my house and it's amazing. My master bath went from a typical tub and shower and now is a huge tiled shower and the bathroom is like a spa. He suggested moving the toilet and vanity and I have so much more room now. My kitchen has new appliances, new flooring and all new cabinets with a granite countertop. The kitchen also has recessed lighting now. He switched out all my doors, door trim and baseboards to craftsman style. Another huge change was expanding the doorway between the kitchen and living room. Now it is an open floor plan. Eric was very accommodating and patient with changes I requested. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me lots of ideas to make sure the finished product would be what I wanted. I do want to add, that his pricing is very reasonable and he will work with you to get the most that you can with your budget. Eric is now moving to phase II, outdoor upgrades (roof, shutters, gutters, deck, fence). I will update when those are done and attach pictures at that time.Sep 10, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?meet with a client and get an idea of what they're looking to do and maybe give them some insight on better directions to go or better material to use we then work up an estimate and present it to the customer with a 10-day acceptance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been in the industry for over 35 years I also take continuing education courses. to be able to keep up with industry standards.
