The packages that I offer come in bundles that fit your specific needs/wants as a client seeking nutritional services. They are also customizable for those seeking a little more help or even a little less. Think of it as an investment in your health and less money for doctor/hospital visits in the future!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an initial consultation that takes approximately 30 minutes where I get to know you and your personal health goals. I will go over my package bundles so that you can choose what best fits your needs. Paperwork will come next, then we can start you on your journey to good health.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology/Nutrition. I am also co-owner of a corporate wellness company called AvoHealth.
