I needed a house inspection, termite inspection, and radon inspection within a week to expedite our contract. THI was able to provide the home inspection and termite inspection within that time period. (Although they were not able to provide the termite inspection within the timeline, it worked out that the sellers had a termite inspection done, so THI refunded the money to my account for that inspection.) The home inspector was professional and the report informative. The radon inspection was also helpful. The rating of four stars has to do with the following issues: inspector could not get on the roof because it was too steep and he could not inspect the fireplace because the screen was screwed on. Also, I had to point out some wood rot that he missed around a window. Second, I had to remind THI to send me the report twice so that I could get it by the due date. These are minor issues.
I appreciate the work done by THI. What readers should realize is that they are responsive, easy to contact, professional, and eager to make sure customers are satisfied.

Tennessee Home Inspectors consistently does a great job in their home inspection services for my home-buying clients. I have been working with the Tennessee Home Inspectors team for years and will continue to do so. They have reasonable availability, fair pricing and thorough inspection reporting.
