We were looking for month-of coordinators to help with final vendor communications and day-of set-up, and Kristina and Suenalie were a perfect match for us! They went above and beyond in every way possible. They both did an initial call with us and a site walk-through where they helped us brainstorm and plan a bunch of ideas (and then followed up with more recommendations). They were awesome advisers! In the month leading up, we had regular phone check-ins with them where they meticulously went through each of our vendors and updated us with new information. They truly did a heroic job keeping track of and communicating with our 20+ vendors and making sure we were in line with all of the contracts! I've never been so impressed by spreadsheets and timeline documents. :) Then, they not only were both on-site all day Saturday, they were there for Friday drop-offs and Monday pick-ups as well just to make sure everything went smoothly. They led the layout of the space to look gorgeous and did a ton of decorating, and our vendors loved working with them (and our family and friends adored them, too!). We can't recommend Kristina and Suenalie highly enough. They are a total steal and will do an amazing job!

Kristina and Suenalie did an amazing job planning my wedding! I told them my vision and they made it come to life. As soon as we started working together, they made the process easy and stress free. They also coordinated everything with all of my vendors AND my family, as well as stayed after the event to make sure everything was broken down. I’d highly recommend Plan and Co. to plan your wedding...or really any event!
