What can they do to improve?
Just about everything.
I am a property developer and also remodel homes. I have decades of experience dealing with and managing contractors. We hired them to paint the outside of a home and a portion of the inside. The work was inconsistent, the quality is terrible. (I’ve now hired another company to correct and clean up this amateur work.) A simple job that was supposed to take two weeks, took one month and it left a trail of corrections needed to properly complete the job. They promised to complete additional paid work that they bailed out on at the 11th hour. I would never consider contracting with this company again.

There are 2 sides to every story remember that. Mr Eric Zimmerman is that one customer you can never ,ever please. My contracted work was completed. Before we left the job both his wife (Bobby) and Eric we're walked around the property and asked is everything satisfied? And it was or I would have not been payed for the rest for the contract. Also yes I did say I was interested in the extra work (that was not part of my contract) but as the job went on I got that feeling of I'll never or could never please this homeowner. I've got all the rude emails Eric has sent me as proof. I then declined his extra work. Now he's trying to scam see other small business man on doing some other work. Question I've been doing this for a long time. If your a developer you should have a ton of subcontractors why are you on thumbtack looking for contractor's? To any business man this throws red flags. Your a person that can never be pleased. After us refusing your extra work is when this crap started! It's okay Eric I can't please everyone and we know this. But your not hurting this business in anyway with your remarks and digs. My references are flawless! Ask all the local developers from Charleston to Conway to Myrtle Beach. And I definitely don't need thumbtack for jobs.
You reached out to me. I never even tried to get your job. You said "I've never used thumbtack before" and just start messaging people. I told you the job would take about 2 weeks. It took us 16 working days! Stop lying! Again I don't need thumbtack or you for work I'm booked out until the end of summer. Not to mention I did your house for almost half of what the actual bid should have been! And you and I both know that! It's okay for us at Jaylynn Construction LLC. We understand we can't please everyone. I use thumbtack when we are slow. And now I'll be much more likely not to use this sight again. Just because I don't need it! Good day sir.
