FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available when purchasing weekly or monthly packages. Depending on what your massage goals are ( relaxation, pain relief, sports training) , the type of massage you are interested in (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Triggerpoint) and how often, (weekly, biweekly, monthly), packages will be tailored to your need and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin by listening to what the potential client is looking for. •What type of massage they are interested in •Do they have pain or discomfort and where •Any past experience they may have with massage and body work •What type of exercise/ activity they enjoy •Also, what might we do to tailor the session to meet their physical needs or medical conditions. •We will be sure to address areas of concern or any possible contraindications that could prevent the client from receiving treatment. Once defining the goals and expectations of the session, we are then better able to confidently identify if this is a good fit for us both. From here we would schedule the first meeting/session. Massage is very personal service and the final product is not something you are able to inspect for imperfection or flaws. This is why I feel communication is vital to the end product. The “service/product” is to enjoy the experience and benefits of massage, and to have a sense of well-being that lasts well after the treatment.
