- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple, we first set up an appointment to come out to the home for a few reasons, first to provide a proper inspection of the property, analyze the issue and put together a plan of action, second customer satisfaction is of the most priority so communication and effective treatment techniques are very critical.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the industry for the past 20 years and have experience in a variety of situations and have learned the most effective way and technique and I currently hold the highest license allowed by the state of California
