- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do take Credit Cards, but we charge a $2 CC Service Fee. We also accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new client has a particular issue, I like to have a chat with them about their medical history so I can be sure I'm doing everything I can to help them. I like to discuss a plan of care and what they truly want from our sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated valedictorian at the SC Massage and Esthetics Institute in 2009, and I've taken continued education in many modalities each year since then.
