- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is per house service desired and how often. Many factors play a vital roll in giving a quote. We also suggest homes that haven't been maintained via a professional clean service start with a consultation and deep cleaning followed by interval cleajing. Size difficulty and customized cleanings all play into an an a curate quote. Pricing is flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with my customers and find out their cleaning needs on a personal level. Consulting with the client and getting to know 6hem are very important to an extended client/buisness partnership.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the dental field for 20 years and cleaning was a big part of my position. Patient/employee trust and work up to get the desired outcome for customer satisfaction. I also have a degree in general ed. Which helps with cultural communication skills. Opeating and running a buisness for the past 5 years has given me a dynamic background from accounting, scheduling, customer service and loads of chemical and green cleaning knowledge to tackle any job.
