Introduction: I am a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer & Sports Nutritionist, currently training in my private garage gym, in Elk Grove off of Calvine Road. I turn Average Joes & Janes in to stronger, sexier and more confident versions of themselves. If your goal is to step on a bodybuilding stage at 3% bodyfat, then I will be honest and say I am probably not your guy. On the other hand, if your goal is to walk on the beach and feel great about how you look, get a bunch of compliments, feel strong and good about yourself and not be afraid to occasionally go out with friends and enjoy some alcohol and a burger then I am your man. I realize that making exercise and good nutrition something that is part of your lifestyle and something you can do consistently is difficult for a lot of people to achieve and my goal is to make it as painless a transition as possible. Quality of life is super important to me and it’s something I try to pass on to my clients. One thing I am super strict about is exercise form and as an educator I will make sure you know what you’re doing in the gym. I’ve worked with tons of beginners who have become gym pros after working with me. Most of my clients stick with me long term and basically become like family and that is the environment I try to establish early on. Training must be paid upfront for the entire month or broken in to two payments at the beginning and mid-month. My prices are $50 per session for an individual and $70 per session for a couple. I have been personal training for 11 years offering one on one sessions, as well as small group training and have also ran boot camps. I've taught physical education and health for 4 years and taught lecture & practical labs for a personal training certification course, training new personal trainers. I've coached college and high school athletes, women powerlifters, correctional & police officers, other personal trainers, and both advanced & beginner level gym clientele. Most of my clients are body recomposition clients; meaning their goals are fat loss and muscle gain. I specialize in Powerbuilding and Body Recomposition, which essentially means I make you both stronger and more athletic while also helping you drop your body fat percentage and increase your muscle mass to give you a more lean, strong and toned look.

Chris is an awesome trainer! My sessions are always enjoyable and exactly what I need. I knew I needed a personal trainer to get me motivated and keep me on a good workout regimen, and this is what Chris does. I actually look forward to working out now. I also love that I can tell him my goals and/or specific areas I want to improve and he makes sure to add exercises that will target them. I would highly recommend Chris.

Coach Chris is good at what he does! I've had memberships at other gyms and worked with trainers, but you can tell he knows what he's talking about and doing. I've been training for 4 months now and not only do I feel good about my body now but you can see the results. Only downside is I now have to go shopping because my clothes fit too loose (maybe this is a plus)! Coach Chris listens to my goals, pushes me when he knows I'm ready for more, and overall actually cares. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality, professional personal trainer in midtown.

Chris is an amazing personal trainer! In the first three weeks I lost body fat and added strength and muscle without "killing myself" in the gym. With every workout I feel healthier and more energized. The gym is an excellent micro-gym downtown with parking that is never crowded. The perfect place to get peak hour training in while the big gyms are overflowing. I highly recommend Chris as "the" personal trainer to get and I'm excited to see our results in 3-6 months! Tony

When I first started I was little hesitant being my first time working with a personal trainer, but his professionalism and knowledge made me feel more confident. It's been 6 weeks now that we are working, I see him doing everything he can to help me out to achieve my goals..... Can't wait to see changes in the next few months ... Really recommend him!!!!

Chris was super responsive to my needs and interests. I've been training for a while but was on a long break due to a an injury but he helped me get back on track, fixed my squat, and taught me how to deadlift. So I can say he is good at suggesting improvements and teaching new things. And he makes it fun in the process. Definitely check out his services!
