If your goal is to step on a bodybuilding stage at 3% bodyfat, then I will be honest and say I am probably not your guy.
On the other hand, if your goal is to walk on the beach and feel great about how you look, get a bunch of compliments, feel strong and good about yourself and not be afraid to occasionally go out with friends and enjoy some alcohol and a burger then I am your man.
I realize that making exercise and good nutrition something that is part of your lifestyle and something you can do consistently is difficult for a lot of people to achieve and my goal is to make it as painless a transition as possible. Quality of life is super important to me and it’s something I try to pass on to my clients.
One thing I am super strict about is exercise form and as an educator I will make sure you know what you’re doing in the gym. I’ve worked with tons of beginners who have become gym pros after working with me. Most of my clients stick with me long term and basically become like family and that is the environment I try to establish early on.

Training must be paid upfront for the entire month or broken in to two payments at the beginning and mid-month. My prices are $50 per session for an individual and $70 per session for a couple.
I have been personal training for 11 years offering one on one sessions, as well as small group training and have also ran boot camps. I've taught physical education and health for 4 years and taught lecture & practical labs for a personal training certification course, training new personal trainers. I've coached college and high school athletes, women powerlifters, correctional & police officers, other personal trainers, and both advanced & beginner level gym clientele. Most of my clients are body recomposition clients; meaning their goals are fat loss and muscle gain.
I specialize in Powerbuilding and Body Recomposition, which essentially means I make you both stronger and more athletic while also helping you drop your body fat percentage and increase your muscle mass to give you a more lean, strong and toned look.
