- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are very rough estimates based on the little details that we get from your work request so sometimes it is hard to judge things through the web and a screen so giving us a call to come out and view the job, this is the best way to determine a better quote. We do our best to try and have competitive pricing, so if you feel our quote is higher than someone else's, we would love to have to opportunity to discuss the quote with you in regards to how we came to that price and adjust it if needed to stay competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most jobs that are hard to quote via the computer due to rough inputs from customers we like to come out, meet with the prospective client and check the job and the extent of the work needed. This is to help us get the best possible price for the consumer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SC Realtor with over 15 years experience and have done many jobs for clients at any and all capacity at 1 time or another. If we can't help you and we sent you a quote, it is because we think that we can get you connected with someone that can get the job done for you and it helps us by meeting more new people.
