- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers Agency usually has no cost to the buyers. Sellers we offer the highest service in our market for competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers - Speak to the owner of the company and then we match them to the Realtor that can service their needs the best. Sellers - We come out to the home and do a competitive market analysis. We use professional photographers, present for 99% of showings, and do open houses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is all Full Time Realtors. We have training several times a week to learn the most up to date information on our daily changing market, including meeting with other professionals. Our goal is to make the processes simple with no surprises. We have interior decorators and home stagers on staff
