- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting each person that is involved in the decision-making process face-to-face in order to get a true and accurate assessment of not only the structural intricacies of the roof, but also of the wants and needs of the homeowner. Service is best when the customer is understood completely. Plus, we like for the homeowner be able to meet us in order to get a feel for who we are and what we stand for as a company.
