I bought my first Violin at age 50 as a gift to myself. Had always wanted to play and knew it would be a challenge. Then I met Amanda. Within a few months I was playing several songs and enjoying every minute of it. I even played Silent Night for our church just a few months after I had started lessons. Amanda came to the church and played along with me. After just a couple of years I was playing at weddings. I can't say enough good things about Amanda and her teachings. She made it so enjoyable. Proved that old dogs can be taught. My only complaint is that she moved from Indiana to California.
