- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to beat other company prices, some things you can do better some things you can't. I try to give the best price for the customer and the work that's being done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make my customers feel comfortable with the process from start to finish, show them previous work, let them know that when I'm done there home will be everything they dreamed of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being Greek, I was brought up using my hands, my father was a builder in New York, and I learned everything from him, I have also worked for a few people over the years and started taking my customers advise when they told me to go on my own.
