My training per hour session rate varies, with more frequency the per session rate will decrease
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will run through a basic assessment to see assess your physical condition, than I will develop a training regimen that will consistently become more challenging each session to avoid any plateaus or adaptation.
