- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services based on the size and navigability of your home or office, frequency between cleanings, plus any additional services requested. We usually will send 2 people per clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I, Gabriel, would personally have a phone conversation or chat on the app to learn about your needs and to introduce myself, as well as answer any questions you may have. We can discuss a time to personally meet or simply schedule a time to clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife, Cynthia, and I have over 20 years customer service and retail management experience in the Naples area.
