- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical pricing structure is based on value-to-client. I use my expertise and skills to elevate my clients and am compensated accordingly. This means that I don't typically charge hourly fees or generic project fees and instead generate a proposal with the value I see myself adding to the company and my own fee is a percentage of that value. Projects are priced individually and value established based on the information supplied by the potential client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will setup an initial meeting to determine the issues that the company is facing either in person or via Skype. Based on this initial conversation, I will create a proposal to submit for what exactly will be done by myself and the client. Once approved I will begin to conduct any analysis, research, campaign planning, or begin writing up the structure for employee training, best practices etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Design & Advertising, Social Media Marketing Certificate from the University of Notre Dame as well as am Certified by Facebook as a Certified Campaign Planner.
