We hired Jon to cater our annual White Garden party for 75 guest. Jon met with me first to get an idea of what I wanted. He came back with possibilities and a price that stayed within my budget. On the day of the event Jon was punctual and with a nice variety of appetizers beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I will always recommend Jon without hesitation.

Jon catered my daughter in laws baby shower, which was a cowboy theme. He prepared a yummy pulled porky, beans and a macaroni and cheese. Corn bread too! It was excellent, we had plenty of food!!he was there early to set up and stayed late to help people pack up food and, of course clean up.

I have used The Talbot Company twice for catered luncheons for my place of business for 55 staff. Both functions went off without a hitch, food was ready, presented beautifully, was delicious and a great value!! The owner was very accommodating and had great suggestions for our menu while staying within our budget. Staff raved over the food, I will use them again any time we need catering.

We asked Jon to cater a holiday luncheon for our staff. We have 55 employees. He worked with us to prepare the menu. He arrived promptly, set all the food up and stayed to replenish supplies and assist staff while they made their plates. The menu consisted of sausage, peppers and onions, meatballs, a yummy chicken broccoli and ziti, pasta with sauce and garlic parmesan knots. The food was excellent! We had plenty so that we could enjoy some of the left overs the next day! I would definitely hire Jon for our next event!

We do not have a standard pricing system. Every menu is custom. Although, we do have some priced items on a menu sheet.
