FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We design our productions to hire the best possible crew while balancing the most cost effective plan for our clients. All of our quotes include every item in the budget. We ask that our clients are transparent with us on their vision so we are fully transparent on our budgets. If there is something you don't understand in the budget, please ask and we will work through the details. We are always excited to find ways to save our clients money by better defining the project scope. The film, photography, and production industry is based around day rates. We hire our professionals based on a 1/2 day to a full day of work. You will see these breakdowns in our custom budget for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that developing a positive, healthy relationship is the start to all successful productions. Typically we like to meet with our clients to get a grasp on their production needs. Then we design a custom treatment and budget based on the needs. Once executed, we communicate with our clients about all of the details throughout the production process. The production process can be broken down into three sections: pre-production (planning), production (filming/capturing) and post production (editing/story-telling). We live for the opportunity to work with new clients and find great purpose in helping people capture their story through creative and effective media.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 10 years of experience in the visual creative industry, we have been a part of almost every size of production. From commercial shoots and feature films to small private events we've captured thousands of images to help tell your story. Director/producer Paul Williams received an undergraduate degree in Audio/Video Production and a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership to bring together an excellent blent when leading creative teams.
