Richard came out to my house on Monday. He gave me a quote. His quote was acceptable. We agreed. He told me he would come out on Wednesday. He showed up at 9 am, sharp. I was super excited that he showed up and was ready to work. He worked Wed, Thurs and Today (Friday ). He finished the job in the time quoted. The floor is fixed. The new tile looks amazing. He worked hard and this wasn't an easy project. Thank you Richard for all you have done. I will recommend you to anyone who has a hom e repair or project.

After waiting for a few days for him to begin the job to paint our three closets, he texted and said he could not do the job after all. (It took about four days to hear back from him that he did not want to do the job because it did not pay enough).
