FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically do not have standard pricing. If anything I've learned in all my years doing this is its not fair to charge someone a price without looking at the work first. Each customer and situation is different
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a meeting with the customer, evaluate the job site and the customer wants/needs. From there it's a simple as pricing and picking a start date.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get quotes from different businesses. ALWAYS make sure the business is insured and most importantly don't always go with the cheapest, go with the one that gives you the "most bang for the buck" and quite honestly makes you (the customer) feel comfortable with having them in your home. Many people do the same work we do but we are a licensed and insured small business. We do this for a living and if the customer is unhappy then we don't get paid.
