- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do. I charge $45 and hour with a minimum of 3 hours per piece. I have been known to give my client a deal and establish a not to exceed price. I accept a deposit of the minimum before starting work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have made contact on Thumbtack we arrange a time when I can visit the work in question to make a final decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I imported antiques from Indonesia for 15 years and learned everything from doing.
