- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible and usually work with the customer or association. Usually: Day of training $1500-$2000 including materials Motivational Speaking: $500 (per 250 ppl) Coaching sessions: $150/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching: Our process starts with an interview to see if the need you have is matched by our expertise. We then provide a preview of 6mo of coaching and what will be obtained by the end of that time. We will establish goals to be measured and managed. Motivational Speaking/Seminar Leader: I look at the RFP (request for proposal) and develop a speech or a training (if I don't already have one archive). I often will speak with the decision maker to find out what specific competencies or skill do they want expressed or delivered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications with: Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard co., DDI, the Stated of TN, and HUD. All of which are either leadership or content sales certification.
