- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 per session. This does not vary at all. I am definitely not going to be the cheapest Personal Trainer out there. I am experienced, and love what I do. I am a results based Trainer. We should be achieving goals together, and that is going to be a bargain when we start reaching life goals and milestones.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first sit down with a potential client for an initial interview. I like to learn what experiences a person has had with exercise, sports, physical activity, etc... I like to find out whether they have had previous experiences with a Personal Trainers, and what those experiences were like. What were the likes and dislikes, also what the results of that were. We will also talk about the goals that we would like to achieve together, and past medical history of illness and health concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am also a Level 1 certified Sports Performance Coach with USA Weightlifting. I am CPR/AED certified
