Introduction: Seeing others reach their goals to get fit, or stay fit excites me! I love to help people feel better physically and mentally! Physical fitness created a huge change in my attitude, thinking, and health, and I would love to provide the knowledge and know how for others wanting to do the same for themselves! I look to teach the people I work with how to make healthy lifestyle choices, so they can make long term strides and accomplishments! I customize a workout plan according to each individuals goals. Everyone is their own person with unique circumstances. There is not one single plan that applies to everyone. I do my best to find out what will work best for each person, and maximize their time working out so they can reach their own individual goals! I have had great results from women who are willing to give 100% in what they believe they want to do. From having a client dropping 10 dress sizes, to having another that is down 75 pounds in the last 18 months. I specialize in helping clients lose weight, and change their body composition

My goal is overall better fitness and strength. I appreciate that Nathaniel has taken the time to evaluate my movements and is targeting those areas that are weakest. He has tailored my workouts to be challenging but not overwhelming which is important for an older person like me.

Nate is excellent - I trained with Nate for nearly two years - he's incredibly dedicated to his clients, and can met you at any level of fitness. You will achieve your fitness goals! He kept me accountable and on track - even getting me in great shape before my wedding last year! Highly recommend him!
