Introduction: I founded True Star Leadership because I believe that every organization and every employee deserves a great leader. I work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and managers to help them achieve better results through coaching.
Before we talk more about coaching, let me ask some questions of you. As you look forward to the next six months, what do you want to improve? If you could progress in this area, what value would that add to your life? What behaviors are holding you back from achieving these goals?
In today’s business world, coaching has become an ever-increasing part of performance management system. According to a recent study by Gallup, leaders, and managers who receive coaching achieve a thirty-nine percent increase in business results over their peers. It is no wonder more and more organization are turning to coaching to help their leaders produce better business outcomes.
The definition of coaching I use at True Star Leadership™ is guiding an individual or a group to achieve better business results using powerful questions, accountability, and support. What I have come to understand is that those individuals who can listen to external feedback and make behavioral adjustments are the ones who will consistently achieve their goals. In short, they can be coached.
I enjoy helping leaders and organizations to achieve better business results. There is a point in any engagement where the effort the client has put in is paying off and they are starting to realize their dreams.
