Introduction: I founded True Star Leadership because I believe that every organization and every employee deserves a great leader. I work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and managers to help them achieve better results through coaching. The definition of coaching I use at True Star Leadership™ is guiding an individual or a group to achieve better business results using powerful questions, accountability, and support. What I have come to understand is that those individuals who can listen to external feedback and make behavioral adjustments are the ones who will consistently achieve their goals. In short, they can be coached. I enjoy helping leaders and organizations to achieve better business results.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically, the client and I will have a complimentary coaching call where I can learn how I can best serve them. We talk about what they want to accomplish, the challenges they are facing and possible ways I can support them. Based on the phone call, I will send them a proposal on how True Star Leadership can support their organization.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Master's Degree in Organizational Leaders and have dual certification in business coaching from Stakeholder Centered Coaching and Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence. Additionally, I have a Bachelor's in Communication.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work with Corporate Executives, Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Corporate Executives and First Time Managers.
