- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is based on an event by event basis. It ranges from breakfast menu items starting around $7 per person to dinner items going up to $25 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is figuring out what the customer is looking for from us as it relates to their event. Once we have a layout for what the event is supposed to look like we can guide the customer into creating a menu best suited for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in this industry for 50plus years combined. Most of us have worked our way up through the business learning different cuisines from different chefs in different restaurants. This has given us a wide spectrum of what we are capable of doing any given day of the week.
