Chef Dave was amazing! Groups 0f 10 for dinner in our rented loft in Nashville. Dave's professionalism and personality made our experience one to remember. All four courses were prepared with care and precision. Dave took time to explain each dish. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. His sense of humor made everyone comfortable. Chef Dave was phenomenal!! I hired him for an in-house cooking experience as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, and Dave made our evening unforgettable! We are used to eating out a lot, but Dave's dinner hit the spot and is by far the best dining experience you can find in Nashville. My boyfriend usually does not eat dessert, but he finished Dave's chocolate lava cake!! His preparation and professionalism were very impressive! I'm extremely pleased with Dave's service and will recommend him to my friends. Our menu was: App #1: Fig & Pancetta Risotto (best risotto I've had!) App #2 : Arugula and Prosciutto Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette and Parmesano Reggiano. Chef Dave was the absolute best! He prepared an amazing meal one of the nights for my sister's bachlorette party in Nashville. A week leading into my trip he contacted me and helped me put together a delicious southern inspired menu for all eleven girls. He was very accommodating, there was a vegetarian in our party, so he made an additional entree just for her. On the day of, he remained in constant communication with me letting me know details on his arrival and the minor changes to the menu (he was looking out for the best ingredients). When he arrived he was super professional but extremely personable. Being in a house with eleven talkative girls who ask a million questions is tough, despite that, he managed to get everything done and put together an amazing meal. The food he prepared was phenomenal, we started with fried green tomatoes then a Jack Daniels braised short rib with rosemary mash potatoes and asparagus for the entree and sides. But the one thing that still has me and the other girls talking is his croissant bread pudding bananas fosters. You haven't lived until you've had this bread pudding! Chef Conn was absolutely everything we needed for a private birthday dinner celebration. Not only did he recommend healthy, filling courses (we had diners with some dietary restrictions and/or allergies), but he went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
