- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system all depends on the particulars of the event and services required from the client. However, as a 7-piece band, our pricing usually starts at $2300.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, 30vice will usually personally speak with the client to review all the details about his/her event. Then, we will create a customize quote for our entertainment services for the client to review and answer any questions they may have about our services. If the client decides to hire 30Vice, a contract agreement is generated and a non-refundable date reservation deposit is submitted by the client. We, then provide a "Day of Performance" questionnaire that the client completes and provides for us so that we prepare accordingly for the event. In the weeks/days prior to your event, our band coordinator will be in communication to review all event details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our band members and management are continuously engaging in music performance seminars and coaching sessions. All of the musicians in 30Vice are either training or providing training in the areas of musical performance, theory and/or instrumental skill improvement.
