Introduction: The yoga and bodywork I practice is quite different than most, In my yoga practice I blend somatic movement, functional movement patterns, and Pilates with more traditional yoga postures. My aim is to improve posture, function and body awareness for my students. I believe when we are more upright and aware we can lead happier more connected lives.
My bodywork also focuses on improving structure and function and mixes Myofascial release, Thai massage, and somatic movement therapy.
