Travis was amazing. Other electricians wanted to charge me over $100 just to come and give me an estimate for a large job and he came right out to give me an estimate. His approach was spot on for what I was looking and his pricing was incredibly reasonable. While others will try to rip you off on supplies, he just hands you the Home Depot receipt. Travis was quick to respond to all my messages and added a few other things that we changed last minute without trying to upcharge at the last minute. He noticed faulty wires that the builder had done and helped fix them for no additional cost. If you need an electrician to do a great, safe, reliable, and punctual job, then Travis is your guy. He won’t rip you off or try to get as much money out of you as possible like other electricians. I will be recommending him to all my friends. For context I had him run wires underground to put 3 outlets and light in shed, 4 outdoor lights, 4 additional outdoor outlets, smart switches and some indoor outlets.

Travis did an outstanding job to resolve all of my electrical issues. I am in the middle of a home renovation and he responded immediately to my request, gave me a very reasonable quote, scheduled an appointment, arrived timely and completed all 5 items in less than 3 hours! I was extremely pleased and will definitely use Travis again in the future. I am already in the process of making a referral to him!! I would confidently recommend Travis!

Travis showed up as scheduled and went right to work. He removed two old light fixtures, replaced them with two new, hung a revolving disco ball in our basement, and even did a quick repair job to a light socket in our bathroom at no extra charge. Very easygoing, lots of electrical know-how, and charged a fair price. We would call on Travis again for future electrical jobs.

Travis did a great job fixing the electrical in my garage. He was quick to respond and even came the same day. He was on time and finished his work extremely quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond just that fix by adding a few things like the ground on the outlet (I would have never know) for no extra cost. On top of that he’s a very friendly and professional dude. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend that you do too.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very quick and efficient, so I don't price jobs by the hour unless it's a big job and the customer prefers me to do it that way, my prices are always negotiable. I typically price jobs based on difficulty and complexity, and I try to give every one a break if possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They send a request, I receive it and send a quote. After that I'll send a message and discuss it more and then get it scheduled and completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14yr hands on experience on the job, I also was a lead man and ran a crew for 2yr. I am currently the assistant to the director, in electrical repair and maintenance and am currently taking classes for my tn. electrical contractors license.
