- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very quick and efficient, so I don't price jobs by the hour unless it's a big job and the customer prefers me to do it that way, my prices are always negotiable. I typically price jobs based on difficulty and complexity, and I try to give every one a break if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They send a request, I receive it and send a quote. After that I'll send a message and discuss it more and then get it scheduled and completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14yr hands on experience on the job, I also was a lead man and ran a crew for 2yr. I am currently the assistant to the director, in electrical repair and maintenance and am currently taking classes for my tn. electrical contractors license.
